Terms of Service
COPYRIGHTS
a. The commissions are for personal use only.
You may post your commission anywhere, just don’t forget to put proper credits to the artist. You may print it and use it as yours. As long as you do not claim it as your work.
You are not allowed to resell the commissioned work to other parties, may it be printed or digital copy. It also cannot be minted as NFTs.
b. We reserve the rights over the final artwork. We can use your commissioned work for our portfolio and to share on social media sites.
WE CAN’T ACCEPT AND DO:
a. gore, mecha, NSFW, animals, furry, background scene
b. We are also not accepting commissions for commercial use and/or NFTs.
HOW TO ORDER:
a. Send us the order form at our Instagram or our email. Answering the form does not guarantee a commission, please wait for an answer from us.
b. Wait for 1 to 2 days for us to confirm your order. We have the rights to decline any commissions.
c. Payment Method.
a. We accept full upfront payment via GCash.
b. Or pay half before the commission starts, and the other half once the commissioned artwork is finished.
d. Turnaround time is 2 to 3 weeks
a. Depending on our schedule, and form of style you chose, the turnaround time may vary. We will inform you when you may possibly receive your commission and if there may be any delays.
b, We don’t accept rush commissions, we promise good quality in our work.
c. We will update you of the commissioned work every week (2-3 times).
e. Work in progress pictures will be sent with watermarks. The final artwork with no watermark will be given once the final/full payment is received.
f. Get updates of our slots and commission status on the waitlist tab.
We only accept 2-3 commissions every month.
We may also not accept any commissions especially if it will conflict with our schedules, most especially during our examination week. You may check out our socials whether our commission status is open or closed.
Receiving Product
A. Digital
a. We will send you the non-watermarked digital copy of your commission through your given email once full payment is received.
b. There will be no hard copy available, but you are free to print it yourself, but please no signature tampering and claiming it as yours.
B. Traditional
a. If costumers location is far for us to send the finished product, we will deliver it via Lalamove. The shipping fee will be handled by the commissioner.
b. We will send you also a soft copy version of the finished product by email.
